Talking about San Biagio della Cima means talking about Valley of mimosas, of roses, symbol of a town to which a spring festival is dedicated and, of course, about Francesco Biamonti. Today a literary Park is devoted to the writer, who made the small Eastern village famous, with the aim of enhancing the territory.
Just like in Biamonti’s novels, where San Biagio is landscape, countryside and ancient values, the Roman-origin town, characterized by the mild weather and mimosas trees, already flowering in December, maintains strong and symbolic traces of the ancient rural civilization still today, among dry stone walls, rural churches, “cortì” and stone folds.
