Sie sind wie f\u00fcr einander gemacht. Seit Beginn der Welt wurden sie dazu geschaffen sich zu vereinen.\u201c So feiert der Schriftsteller Rosella Postorino das Triora Brot in seinem Buch \u201cIl mare in salita&#8221;. \u00a0Das so romantisch beschriebene Brot entsteht in Triora, einem Ort im Valle Argentina bekannt als die Heimat der Hexen. Der Name der Stadt stammt von \u201etria ora\u201c, drei M\u00fcndern, die Backen von Cerberus, die traditionell die drei Produkte repr\u00e4sentieren auf denen urspr\u00fcnglich die lokale Wirtschaft aufbaute: Weizen, Kastanien und Trauben.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, entschied Angiolino Asplanato, B\u00e4cker in Triora di Produktion mit Hilfe der alten m\u00fcndlich \u00fcberlieferte Rezepte wieder aufzunehmen. Die Rohmaterialien waren lokale Zutaten: Quellwasser aus den Bergen und Weizen, der zu jener Zeit reichlich \u00a0im Valle Argentina vorkam. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe war und ist auch heute noch so, die eines Bergbrotes: Laibe von 500 Gramm oder einem Kilo, erkennbar an der typisch runden und breiten Form, innen vergoldet, au\u00dfen knusprig und mit Kleiestaub bedeckt, auf dem es vor dem Backen abgelegt wird.
