{"id":4783,"date":"2017-03-25T09:43:01","date_gmt":"2017-03-25T08:43:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rivieradeifiori.info\/de\/?p=4783"},"modified":"2022-06-10T14:44:04","modified_gmt":"2022-06-10T12:44:04","slug":"knoblauch-von-vessalico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rivieradeifiori.it\/de\/essen-und-getraenk\/knoblauch-von-vessalico\/","title":{"rendered":"Knoblauch von Vessalico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In den letzten Jahren hat der Knoblauch von Vessalico gro\u00dfe Bekanntheit erreicht, nachdem der amerikanische Fernsehsender CNN \u00fcber seinen weitverbreiteten Einsatz in der Ern\u00e4hrung der Italiener scherzte und der britische Sender BBC erkl\u00e4rte und dokumentierte, dass der \u201eKnoblauch Vessalico besser als Viagra ist&#8221;, was wiederum zu einer echten Jagd nach dem Produkt in Gro\u00dfbritannien und folglich einem Anstieg der Verk\u00e4ufe f\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n<p>Die verf\u00fcgbaren Mengen auf dem Markt sind jedoch leider nicht ausreichend, um der gro\u00dfen Anfrage nachzukommen, da es sehr schwierig ist, die kleinen Terrassen auf den kahlen Bergen des westlichen Liguriens zu bebauen, wo der Knoblauch auf nur sieben Hektar w\u00e4chst. Die Arbeit ist einfach, aber anstrengend: Die Rillen werden von Hand gegraben, die \u00fcber Nacht eingeweichten Knoblauchzehen werden ges\u00e4t (die Knollen wurden im Laufe der Jahrhunderte von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben), ged\u00fcngt und die Pflanzen schlie\u00dflich geerntet und zu den charakteristischen Z\u00f6pfen (im Ital. \u201eReste\u201c) verflochten.<\/p>\n<p>Als wesentlicher Bestandteil der traditionellen ligurischen \u201ePesto\u201c-Sauce wird der Knoblauch auch bei einigen Initiativen gef\u00f6rdert, wie der traditionellen \u201eKnoblauch-Messe\u201c die jeden 2.
